Company Formation in the Czech Republic

In the course of our work we regularly encounter the need for an ordinary Czech company.

Every registration is handled directly by our own team. We are not resellers: the file stays with the same people from name reservation through to the delivered document set.

We take a limited number of incorporations at a time and price accordingly. What you are paying for is that the work is done by the same lawyers who structure funds — not for the cheapest route to a registration number.

We also hold a small number of shelf companies. They are available where a client genuinely needs an existing registration date, but incorporation from scratch is what we recommend in almost every case: it is cleaner, and the company’s history is your own.

From EUR 2,300 for a standard Czech s.r.o. — the base fee, with no hidden costs on top of it.

The fee covers:

• Incorporation of a standard Czech s.r.o., including all state, notarial and registry fees
• Name reservation and articles of association
• Registered office in the Czech Republic for the first year
• Complete corporate document set, apostilled and translated
• Remote incorporation, no travel required

Timeline. Registration takes about a week from the moment we receive the signed document set, and translation and apostilles add roughly another week. In practice you have a fully usable company with complete documentation about two weeks after signing.

The base fee assumes a straightforward setup. Where the structure calls for more — a joint-stock company, VAT registration, a regulated field of business, or additional apostilled sets — we quote the difference before starting, not afterwards.

• Registered share capital from CZK 1
• 100% foreign ownership permitted; no residency requirement for founders or directors
• No annual renewal fee for the company itself
• Incorporation possible entirely remotely

A significant share of our incorporations comes through law firms, tax advisers and corporate service providers acting for their own clients. If that is you, this is straightforward ground for us: you keep the client relationship, we handle the Czech side, and you get a single point of contact who can answer your client’s questions properly rather than relaying them.

We are glad to look at the structure as a whole before anything is filed. Frequently the right answer is not the obvious one, and it is easier to arrange properly at the outset than to correct later.
