Our story dates back to 1999, when our senior colleagues established Consulting Company Ltd., specializing in financial advisory services. The Y Ltd. focused on financial consulting as well was founded in 2012.
In 2017, The Y Ltd. completed a horizontal merger with Consulting Company Ltd., broadening its activities to include the registration of investment funds and the acquisition of payment licenses for international clients. This strategic step marked the company’s shift toward global markets and the development of a strong international orientation.
Subsequently, the company expanded its reach across multiple regions worldwide through a network of partners, significantly increasing its client base and strengthening the visibility of the FinCzech. project.
Before founding their own enterprise, the company’s principals gained substantial experience in globally recognized organizations such as Transparency International and in leading international law firms, including Eversheds Sutherland and bnt attorneys in CEE.
Within the FinCzech. project, we have structured our operations so that clients always engage directly with senior executives who possess extensive experience and expertise, ensuring that every challenge is addressed with the highest level of competence.
